- I was born in Kaispell, Montana, went to elementary school named evergreen, high school was flathead high. After I graduated I work in a pizza shop for about a year, then I went to work at the plywood plant in Kalispell. Lived In San Diego Ca for 10 months working for the Huish Family fun centers. Then to Utah for construction for a year that was way to seasonal for me. Got into sales and marketing. Have been Self employed since 92. I have developed several business and sold for profit. Since 05 I have been developing more online business strategies and web sites for a better residual income sources. My goal is to have minimum of 10 MSI’s ( Multiple income sources)

I do believe it is illegal to offer rebates or "gifts" of any sort by a realtor to a potential client in lieu of them using their services. Very very slippery slope here Dave, might want to check it out.
Anonymous, I'm happy you brought that up. It's legal the way we have this set up and have been doing this for 7 years. Very legal not slippery.
